If you are using version 3.03.09+ you can click Cancel when you see the Processor Auth Config dialog, then use Apply to Auths feature in CreditLine Settlement Parameters Dialog to populate the values later.

Note: You still need to setup the CreditLine Authorization Parameters Dialog properly for Apply To Auths to work. This will only populate the CreditLine Authurization Configuration Dialog as shown below.
