How To Get A License?
Credit card software has to be setup differently for every merchant account.
→ Note: for multiple merchant accounts, residing on the same server, see CreditLine Multiple Merchant Account Setup.
- To create a license file, first download and install a copy of the software on your computer.
- Fill out the CreditLine Setup Sheet for the correct processor
- Setup the merchant account in CreditLine
- Obtain a new license from our automated licensing web site. The licensing server will test your license for authorization and batching. You will need the ccv_info.dat file from c:\911\data. You can also Test the new merchant account yourself, before the submission.
- Copy licensed ccv_info.dat into c:\911\data directory. See CreditLine Multiple Merchant Account Setup for proper handling of multiple merchant accounts.
- Restart CreditLine Server to apply changes
- Check the setup in CreditLine Manager to make sure that your business information is correct
- You are now ready to accept charges on your new merchant account!

Testing the Merchant Account
You can test the new merchant account without having it licensed.
