Connection Configuration

Select the Parameters as shown
- Click OK and OK to close all dialogs.
Authorization Configuration
Select Amex and click Edit
Enter Parameters as shown and click Merchant Account
Settlement Configuration
- Select the fields as shown below
→ Make sure to check Apply to All Auths!
