Your Point Of Sale system may require an automatic removal of Auth transactions after Batching.

Even though the tip has been added to those transactions, a new transation has been created by your Point Of Sale system with a new Transaction Number instead of reusing the original Transaction Number, thus leaving the original Auth "hanging".

Solution:

1) In c:\911\data\911_ccv.ini uncomment (remove leading ';' character) the following line:

;RemoveUnbatched = YES

like so:

RemoveUnbatched = YES

2) Save the file

3) Restart CreditLine Credit Card Software Server or service
